Awkward to get the hang of. After 2months the rubber ring split and the top of the ampoule does not eject. It now just crushes the glass. The tiny ampoule came in a ridiculously oversized box and the postage cost more than the item.

It was working great then, after few uses it started crashing the top or the ampoule and the glass got stuck in it. I stopped using it as it was dangerous. Such a shame as I love how light it was. I purchased another in the past (but not the lite version) and the opener came apart...
Works great, so much better than bare hands
This is the second one I have purchased, they are very good.
These have been a life saver! So quick and easy to use! But most importantly I finally no longer have vials shattering in my fingers!
