With its wide, low platform and non-slip dimpled mat, the Seca 813 is easy and safe to mount also for older or handicapped patients. Due to its high capacity and stable integrated steel frame it is also ideal for weighing very heavy patients. The practical step-off function means that the scales do not have to be switched on separately before use. The result is also extremely precise due to the automatic zero adjustment which takes into account any changes in the environment when changing location (for example the temperature or flooring).

The 813 scales are accurate and easy to use. I particularly like the "step-on/step-off/read weight" function; and the large numbers on the display. I looked at many other 'bathroom' scales on the market, but chose these. I'm glad I did. I'm a full-time carer for my mum; these scales will work well for both of us.
Love the width of the scales and how you just hop on and wait for it to say,step off and when you step off your weight is displayed. Very happy with my selection. Easy to use on all floor surfaces. Highly recommend.
